Job Description

MAIN JOB PURPOSE

The E&I Shift Engineer reports directly to the E&I Manager. His/her primary role is to provide technical expertise in the Repairs and Maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, and controls facilities. The E&I Shift Engineer does not have any direct reports but may be appointed to handle Contractors or Engineering Service providers for specific activities.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safety and Quality

  • Ensure compliance to Safety and Occupational Health procedures (, use of proper PPEs and reporting of unsafe acts and conditions through SBO, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance to environmental policy (, proper waste segregation and water and energy conservation, etc.)
  • Ensures compliance to GMP and HACCP (, proper hygiene and proper wearing uniforms, etc.)
  • Participates in QBO program
  • Follow prescribed work procedures and company safety rules and regulations
