Job Description
Role is responsible for Commissioning & Planning strategy as it relates to instrumentation, controls, and electrical (ICE) scope. The E/I Commissioning Planning Role ensures work packages are executed as designed and compliant with codes, standards, and specifications.
Key Responsibilities • Prepare detailed work order job plans to support maintenance execution • Receive and review work notifications, prioritize tasks, and select work based on urgency and schedule requirements • Develop complete work packages including materials, labour, tools, external services, and cost estimates • Coordinate required trades, materials, and equipment to support effective job execution • Support adherence to the work order lifecycle process • Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to align planning activities • Support planning for shutdowns, turnarounds, and outage events • Track and support performance against KPIs such as backlog, readiness, capacity utilization, a...
