We have an immediate opportunity for a EHS Technician to join us at our diverse team. The EHS Technician will be responsible for the security in our plant floor.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Conducts daily rounds to identify and ensure that personnel, machinery, and equipment in operation are working safely and under operational controls. In case of deviations, acts immediately and communicates/reports accordingly to the involved areas.
- Validates the inspection, maintenance, and operation of emergency equipment (extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, fire pump, etc.).
- Evaluates risks and controls before issuing work permits for contractors.
