About the Team

The team consists of all levels of operations. They work directly with Site Leaders, EHS local contacts, production and maintenance managers, as well as floor supervisors and direct labor. In addition to regional responsibilities within North America, the team aligns globally with European counterparts.

What you can look forward to as EHS Team Lead (m/f/d):

• Lead the implementation of ZF EHS programs to improve EHS performance, reduce risk, and ensure compliance with national laws, regulations, and stakeholder requirements.
• Deliver various EHS training events and workshops.
• Complete internal and external EHS Functional, Compliance, and MS Audits, and manage EHS CIP.
• Develop, maintain, and support the plant-level EHS Manager/Officer network in the region.
