We are seeking a Senior EHS Specialist to drive safety, environmental compliance, and risk mitigation across manufacturing and industrial operations. This individual will play a key role in fostering a proactive safety culture, partnering with leadership and operations teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement across all sites.
This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can operate independently, influence stakeholders, and act as a subject matter expert (SME) in EHS practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver EHS programs, training, and initiatives to promote a strong safety culture
Conduct advanced safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments across plant and field environments
Identify, assess, and mitigate environmental and workplace risks (chemical exposure, air quality, noise, wastewater, etc.)
Own and maintain EHS documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking (OSHA logs, incident reports, training rec...
