Job Responsibilities

  • Develop the HSE management system with a focus on fostering a strong safety culture within the site.
  • Monitor and coordinate all HSE-related activities as a member of the Site Management Team.
  • Share incident reports with Factory HR & Administration, Plant Operation Head, and Managing Director.
  • Analyze risk assessments related to accidental incidents and pollution control; develop and implement suitable guidelines and protocols for employees.
  • Prepare the HSE training calendar for all employees, including contractual workers; conduct case study discussions during training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Prepare and publish safety guidelines for products, including raw materials and finished goods.
  • Arrange OSH audits and circulate audit reports to HR and Operations Head.
