Job Description
Objective
Lead an Environment, Health, Safety and Security culture among Monterrey site, through the creation and maintenance of a safety system and the implementation of the Imerys way in order to be socially responsible, and protect the wellbeing of the employees.
Main responsibilities
Generate, implement and sustain the Health and Safety culture at Imerys among the personnel
Oversee and coordinate all training mandated by local regulatory agencies and provide continuous training for all production and administrative personnel and contractors.
Promote Imerys protocol concerning environmental, industrial hygiene and safety programs and procedures.
Monitor current and evolving Environmental, Health and Safety regulations along with additional company requirements.
Assure and implement the compliance of environmental norms established by the different levels of government.
