Position Overview

Shaw Industries is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Training & Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. This combined role will lead both the development and execution of training systems and the oversight of plant-level EHS compliance and culture. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a culture of continuous improvement and safety. Key Responsibilities:Training & Development: 
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to create and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with facility goals. 
  • Conduct needs analysis and define training requirements in partnership with department leaders. 
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, job-specific training, leadership development, and changes in policies or technology.
