EHS Manager, Monterrey Plant

The Job:

As an EHS Manager, you’ll be part of our Continuous Improvement team working as an onsite employee.

  • Supervise the EHS and Medical Departments.
  • Support the Human Resources Manager as required.
  • Manage the EHS department budget.
  • Maintain the organization’s legal compliance level by managing legal procedures with relevant government agencies, and develop and implement operational controls for injury prevention, work-related health care, environmental protection, and pollution prevention.
  • Develop emergency and contingency plans in case of a pandemic.
  • Promote participation in and compliance with Voluntary Self-Assessment Programs promoted by government agencies regarding EHS.
  • Responsible for the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Management Systems and act as an internal auditor and host for management audits.
