Responsibilities

  • To ensure OSHA recordable accident rate should be below target rate.
  • To ensure Zero fatal accident.
  • Legal and Corporate Compliance with respect to EHS.
  • To improve EHS awareness among the people.
  • To maintain Zero fire incident.
  • To issue work permit for any non-routine work.
  • To ensure treated effluent water quality complying with PCB norms.
  • To handle hazardous waste management system to complying with PCB norms.
  • Improve operational safety in all activities within the plant.
  • Preparation of departmental SOPs on various EHS standards as per corporate guideline & implement the same in field.
  • Preparation of Environmental related document & same to be deposited to SPCB at right time.
  • To maintain and continual improvement of ISO Standard : (EMS) and : (OHSMS) in coordination with EHS and other department.
