Department: EHS / Compliance

Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Director

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced EHS Head to lead and manage all Environment, Health & Safety functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and management systems
  • Ensure compliance with statutory norms (Factory Act, SPCB, MoEF, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.)
  • Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP, and safety audits
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective & preventive actions
  • Manage environmental compliance (air, water, waste, hazardous chemicals)
  • Monitor workplace safety, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems
  • Drive safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs
