3M INNOVATION SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate for the EHS role to develop, implement, and manage environmental, health, and safety programs at both the Woodlands and Tuas Plants. Responsibilities include training workers, participating in investigations, and conducting audits.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in English is also essential. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of EHS practices and can show leadership potential.
