Safety and security are among the most important aspects of running a business—and JLL's workplace safety measures are among the most lauded in the real estate industry. To uphold this image, the person in charge will focus mainly on monitoring workplace safety through total compliance with government and local regulations.
You'll be on top of all projects involving fire and thermal energy within or in close proximity to the property, and ensure that safety standards are religiously followed to ensure a risk-free work environment. Reporting to the property manager, you'll also keep a close look at all documentations and records that need updating.
