EHS & Compliance Lead — Plant Operations

PepsiCo is seeking an EHS Specialist at their Parow Plant Snacks in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will implement procedures to ensure compliance with legislation, GEHSMS, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards. You will coordinate SHE Committee meetings and maintain necessary records and certifications.

This role requires managing EHS training, leading emergency drills, and driving sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a 3 Year Qualification in Safety or Environmental Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant legal knowledge is critical.
