EHS Advisor 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Coventry

Salary: circa £40,000

We have a very exciting opportunity to join a European tier 1 automotive supplier in a new role as they establish their UK operation, to support, implement and monitor EHS policies and processes at a new facility. This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, develop prevention plans, and implement safety improvement measures across operations
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Maintain a strong shopfloor presence to monitor EHS compliance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, define corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
• Deliver EHS training, raise awareness, manage onboarding, and act as the main point of contact for EHS matters
