The EHS Admin / Assistant supports the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) function by assisting in coordination, documentation, and execution of EHS-related activities. The role ensures compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and Malaysian statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of Environmental, Safety, and Health (EHS) programs in accordance with company policies, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Malaysian regulations (e.g. OSHA 1994, EQA 1974).
- Organize, maintain, and update EHS documentation including inspection checklists, reports, permits, and legal registers.
- Maintain EHS training records, attendance sheets, certificates, and ensure proper filing and traceability.
- Compile and monitor environmental protection documents (e.g. licenses, approvals, reports) and track their validity and renewal dates.
