Job Description

Devon County Council are seeking an EHCP Partner to be responsible for delivering high-quality statutory Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment and review processes on behalf of the Local Area SEND Partnership. Working within a locality-based team, you will manage a dedicated caseload, ensuring compliance with statutory duties while placing children, young people and their families at the centre of practice.

Location: Devon County Council 

Set-up: Hybrid / Remote

Rate: £250-£300/day (DoE) via umbrella inside IR35

Duration: Initial 12 months

Hours: Full-time position (37-hours, condensed week optional)

Key Responsibilities


  • Substantial experience working within statutory SEND processes, with in-depth knowledge of the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice 2015 (0–25)
