Work with CPA Ontario as an Adjudicative Tribunals Coordinator, where your role ensures efficient case management and supports fair adjudicative processes in a hybrid setting.
As part of the Tribunals Office, you will coordinate critical hearings, provide administrative support, and maintain essential legal documentation. Your strong attention to detail and technical acumen will enhance procedural integrity, benefiting members and the public alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all aspects of hearings and logistics
• Prepare notices, orders, and update case law databases
• Maintain CPA Ontario's web content
• Support tribunal members with scheduling and expenses
• Analyze data for monthly performance reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Business or legal administrative field
• At least three years of regulatory or legal experience
• Advanced communication skills and confidentiality handling
