Responsibilities

  • Review of Electrical requirements from clients and Building Management for the completion of cost estimates
  • Assist in creating complete Electrical Plan
  • Assist in measuring plan and prepare bill of quantities for mechanical, plumbing, sanitary and fire protection system
  • Assist in evaluating contractor’s proposal for all PMI’s, change order and other construction-related claims Conduct site visits and reconciliation of evaluated proposals if necessary
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates for project cost evaluation and comparison
  • Coordinate with suppliers for Request for Proposal and bids before and during Project Implementation
  • Complete evaluation of technical and commercial bids
  • Quarterly updating of material / equipment cost database
  • Coordination with Site Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Suppliers
