Position Overview

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and developmentally oriented individual to provide all-around care, companionship and learning support, for a school aged child in a home-based learning environment. This role combines educational support and collaborative planning with parents to ensure the child thrives emotionally, socially, and academically. The child benefits from patient, responsive, and individualized support.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Care & Support with daily routine

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and emotionally responsive care throughout the day.
• Support predictable daily routines and smooth transitions.
• Encourage and support healthy habits, including preparing healthy snacks and lunches.
• Help co-regulate emotions and provide calm support during periods of dysregulation.
