**Job Summary and Responsibilities**

As our Critical Care/Emergency Educator, and in accordance with our mission and core values of integrity, compassion, collaboration, and excellence, you will serve as a consultant and resource professional by acting as educator, facilitator, change agent, leader, and researcher. You will ensure all educational initiatives align with Critical Care/Emergency Services operational goals and facility leadership priorities.

Every day you will support the development of direct-care nurses and foster nursing excellence through new knowledge and evidence-based practice, facilitating the full educational process, assessment, development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of competency assessment, continuing education, and leadership development in close collaboration with the Critical Care/Emergency Services Leadership Team.
