Join the Summer Transition Program by the Catholic District School Board in various locations to help high-needs students ease back into the school routine. This program is an excellent opportunity for educators passionate about supporting diverse learners.
Your role spans three key prep days on August 20 and 21, followed by direct student support from August 24-28, 2026. Locations include St. Finnan and St. Andrew, and daily hours run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Utilizing your specialized education skills, you will create an inclusive environment that fosters effective transitions for these students.
