About the Opportunity

Support all DET back end processes and crucial trip documentation in order to ensure cli-ents expectations are met and our community leaders and tourguides have the preparation they need. Prepare admin tasks for tour such as welcome board, first-aid kit, refillable bottle, hiking kit, H & S audits and checks, extra stationary needed for the programs to run smoothly.

You will be responsible for:

  • Review guide assignment weekly and prepare tour document for guides and leaders.
  • Extract itinerary, cash advance form from system.
  • Print all documents and hand over to Touring Team Leader.
  • Prepare admin needed for tour such as refillable bottles, eco-napkin, First-aid kit, hiking kits.
