Educational Specialist | Aalto University

We are currently hiring two fixed‑term experts for the Learning Services team at Aalto University. The term is from September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027, supported by separate development project funding.

Responsibilities

• Develop pedagogical understanding and skills within the learning community in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Support teachers and programmes with pedagogical solutions related to learning and teaching, digitalisation of education, and strategic development of teaching at Aalto.
• Participate in pedagogical and digital‑pedagogical training and in developing learning‑service processes and practices.
• Collaborate across disciplines on topics such as multilingual teaching, digitalisation, or AI in teaching and learning solutions.
• Promote co‑creation among diverse actors and reform the learning culture.
