Job Requirements:

  • Valid First Aid/CPR Certification (please upload certificate or proof of registration in upcoming course to your resume)
  • Light Lifting (up to 20 pounds)
  • Medium Lifting (up to 50 pounds)

    • Trained or Willing to be Trained:

  • Toileting
  • Personal Care
  • Use of Assistive Technology
  • Physiotherapy Follow-up
  • Seizure Management
  • Behaviour Management Support (Assist with implementation and tracking of behaviour targets, De-escalation strategies, Foster pro-social and conflict resolution skills, Implement calming strategies)

    • Assets:

  • Experience Working with Down's Syndrome
  • Experience Working with Autism
  • A related diploma or certificate from a recognized post secondary institution, including a formal practicum placement will be considered an asset.HRCE ...
