Job Description

Contribute to student success as an Educational Audiologist with the Calgary Board of Education. This role emphasizes direct support for Deaf or Hard of Hearing students in K-12 settings.
As a member of the Inclusive Education portfolio, you will assist in identifying and addressing hearing loss while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include maintaining auditory equipment, providing training, and promoting awareness of hearing impairments. You’ll work flexibly with diverse student profiles, supporting high achievers, those with disabilities, and new learners to Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate diagnostic test results for student placements
• Provide in-service training on hearing impairments
• Maintain and repair auditory equipment
• Consult on equipment needs for students and staff
• Write reports on student progress and audiology equipment
