Job Position Title: ElementaryEducationalAssistant (temporary, full-time)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Student Support

  • Provide individualized or small-group support to students as directed by the classroom teacher orPrincipal.
  • Support students with diverse learning needs, including neurodiversity, language learning, and physical or developmental challenges.
  • Assiststudents with academic tasks, organization, and study skills.
  • Implement accommodations and strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or student support plans.
  • Foster student independence, confidence, and self-advocacy.

Classroom Support
