About the position...

Join The BUSY School Strathpine Campus! You will be required to case manage at-risk youth through assessment, case planning, implementation, monitoring and review. You will monitor student attendance data and implementing intervention strategies to assist students and families to maintain minimum 85% attendance. As a Youth Worker, your aims to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people and families through integrated and coordinated service delivery.

This is a permanent full time, term time, 40 weeks per year role.
