The role of the ERP Academic Coordinator involves providing functional support for the university's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This includes resolving user issues, supporting faculty and staff in using the ERP, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with the technical team to resolve any technical issues.
