Key Responsibilities

• Prepare teaching materials, set up the classroom, and organise displays to support the current curriculum.
• Nurture and counsel learners, helping them make sense of their intellectual, emotional, and social needs.
• Talk to parents and carers about their children’s progress.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and work with outside agencies to support pupils’ learning.
• Contribute to the development, implementation and evaluation of the school's policies, practices and procedures in a way that supports the school's values and vision.
