Education & Student Experience Lead

Wall Street English is seeking a Service Manager for our Mataró center to oversee the student experience from enrollment through renewal and referral. You will teach, coach, and build a vibrant learning community to ensure results and satisfaction.

This role is visible, hands-on, and central to delivering high-quality learning; you will manage classrooms, logistics, and student interactions while collaborating with the Sales Team and Centre Director to ensure smooth service-to-sales handoffs.
