At PK Pathway, we help people take their first steps into working with young people in schools, even if they have no formal teaching qualifications or classroom experience.

If you care about young people, communicate well, and want meaningful work where you can make a difference every day, we'll support you to build confidence, gain experience, and begin a career in education properly.
