Job Summary
Bilingual Clinical Product Specialist delivering phone-based clinical support to patients with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Educates users on Omnipod products, resolves technical and clinical inquiries, interprets diabetes data, and supports therapy adoption. Ensures strong customer experience, retention, and compliance through empathetic communication and evidence‑based guidance.
Responsibilities- Provide best‑in‑class, clinically focused customer education and support via phone for all points of the customer journey (onboarding, troubleshooting, retention).
- Deliver first‑call resolution and maintain high customer retention for the Omnipod portfolio.
- Maintain up‑to‑date clinical knowledge through training and demonstrate thorough product understanding.
- Review and educate customers on diabetes data management reports within the Omnipod and related data platforms to provide insights and support HCP conversations.
