About the role:

Western Health is seeking an inspiring Education Coordinator to lead our Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Support Nurses across Footscray and Williamstown campuses.

Key responsibilities:

In this leadership role, you'll drive high‑quality, evidence‑based education, support graduate programs, and partner with Nurse Unit Managers (NUMs) and clinical teams to build capability and strengthen patient care. You'll shape learning culture, mentor educators, and ensure programs are contemporary, practical and impactful.
