- Ensuring EHS rules compliance, particularly for activities on trains and test benches
- Managing TC&IS validation and verification tools configuration
- Delivering comprehensive TC&IS test procedures and reports
- Overseeing configuration management of Verification & Test deliverables
- Up-to-date management of validation status for change requests
- Effective management of CR: addressing all non-conformities in test reports
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of software integration and validation
- Knowledge of validation methods (boundary tests, equivalent class tests, etc.)
- Familiarity with validation tools (TestStand, model-based testing tools, etc.)
- A certification in project or quality management
- Practical experience in managing work packages for sub-contractors
