Join our dynamic Edmonton team as a System Support Analyst, where you will ensure end-user devices work flawlessly. This role balances technical functionality with user engagement.
As part of a 6-month fixed-term position, you will report to the System Support Team Lead and will handle the installation and configuration of devices, as well as troubleshooting complex hardware and software challenges. An analytical mindset and strong communication skills are essential to convey technical details to non-technical users.
