Support essential legal discovery processes as an eDiscovery Law Clerk with a top financial client. Manage e-discovery activities, ensuring compliance through precise handling of electronically stored information (ESI).
In this pivotal role, you will join the Legal e-Discovery Team, handling multiple litigation cases from initiation to closure. This position requires collaboration with litigators and careful management of legal hold notices, as well as the maintenance of documentation and chain of custody logs. You will play a key role in analyzing e-Discovery requests and managing workflows in fast-paced legal settings.
