About the Job

The EHR team is dedicated to developing effective technical solutions that empower our therapists to better support clients seeking assistance. We focus on integrating new features into the EHR, optimizing workflows, and configuring systems -from carriers to templates. Our responsibilities also include troubleshooting existing issues and collaborating with various departments to establish more efficient processes or integrate new technologies for our clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help troubleshoot any EHR related issues with the existing systems or applications (this will be across multiple departments).
• Assist with EHR practice management and clinical system configuration
