EDI Analyst – IBM Sterling Integrator

We are seeking an experienced EDI Analyst (6+ years) to support global supply chain operations through end-to-end trading partner onboarding. This role will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of EDI partner integrations— from requirements gathering and documentation to implementation, testing, go-live, and post-production monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for new trading partner onboarding (customers, vendors, ASPs, 3PLs).
• Conduct detailed discovery sessions to gather and document EDI business requirements and transaction workflows.
• Review and interpret implementation guides (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) to define integration scope and technical complexity.
• Analyze external partner EDI structures against internal system capabilities.
• Develop detailed mapping/correlation documents translating EDI segments and elements to internal system fields and vice versa.
