This exciting ED to RAN Transition Contract is designed to give you the opportunity to build the skills, confidence and experience needed to develop your career as a Remote Area Nurse!

You'll work within a remote healthcare setting where you can expand your clinical scope, gain exposure to primary healthcare and learn what it truly means to work as a RAN. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in autonomous practice, remote assessment, emergency response and the unique challenges of delivering healthcare in remote communities.

A key part of the transition will be learning and developing your on-call skills, with support as you become more confident managing presentations outside of regular clinic hours.
