ECT qualified Educational Leader

About the role
We’re looking for an inspiring ECT qualified Educational Leader, with significant sector experience and excellent organisational skills, to join the service leadership team at Broadmeadows. You will leverage your deep understanding of pedagogy and well-developed leadership skills, to mentor and support a team with a long history of demonstrating, advocating and collaborating across the sector. 
As Educational Leader, you will work primarily out of ratio to drive high quality practice in alignment with our pedagogical framework amongst a network of peer Ed Leaders, supported by our Head of Curriculum and Practice.
About you
You are an experienced teacher who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families in a large long day care service.
