About the role

justteachers are supporting a primary school in Bedworth to recruit an Early Career Teacher. This is a full-time role with a September 2026 start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The school provides excellent ECT support with mentoring, reduced timetable and structured CPD. Experienced Teachers are welcomed to still apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging lessons
  • Develop classroom practice
  • Monitor pupil progress
  • Work with mentor support

Pre-requisites

  • Qualified Teaching Status or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Primary Education
  • A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
