    • We are looking for someone who has strong experience working in economic development of Indigenous groups. To be successful, you need to have the following skills and experience:

    Essential:

  • A high level of cultural competency, including: Demonstrated understanding of the issues affecting Indigenous AustraliansDemonstrated high level ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with Indigenous people, andDemonstrated high level capability and commitment to continue to develop cultural competency.
  • Analytical skills, with proven experience in process design
  • Personal drive and the ability to adapt to changing priorities to deliver outcomes under pressure and exercise sound judgement in strategically handling complex and sensitive work
