Job Description

The Ecommerce Specialist will manage the day-to-day operations of our online storefront(s). This role involves managing product catalogs, optimizing site performance, and executing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates. The ideal candidate is a blend of a data analyst, a creative copywriter, and a technical troubleshooter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management: Maintain and update product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, and SEO metadata) on platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Amazon.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Monitor user behavior and run A/B tests on landing pages, calls-to-action, and checkout flows to reduce cart abandonment.
  • Digital Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute PPC campaigns (Google/Meta Ads), email marketing workflows (Klaviyo/Mailchimp), and SEO strategies.
