Role Overview:

Location - CST (Fort), Mumbai

Type - Full-Time, WFO

CTC - ₹8–10 LPA


Key Responsibilities:


  • Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa settlement reconciliation, returns accounting, TCS reconciliation, marketplace commission tracking, advertising spend accounting
  • Handle platform-wise reconciliation for Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces
  • Track customer/platform payments, deductions, claims, returns, and settlements
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of sales, receivables, and payment reports
  • Coordinate with internal Finance, Operations, and Marketplace teams for payment discrepancies and resolution
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for timely collections and closures
