As the eCommerce Financial Planning Manager at RONA, lead financial strategies and operations for our digital business unit. Drive analysis and team success through collaboration.
This position focuses on managing financial planning and analysis for RONA’s digital initiatives. You will lead a team of FP&A analysts to deliver accurate forecasts and insightful analyses. Your role is critical in assessing marketing performance and overseeing eCommerce profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee FP&A functions for the Digital department
• Manage budgeting and financial performance reviews
• Analyze variances and adjust financial forecasts accordingly
• Track and report on eCommerce performance metrics
• Collaborate with various teams for strategic insights
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar
