E-Commerce Platform Management:
- Onboarding & managing new e-commerce platforms
- Listing new SKUs & optimizing product listings
- Maintaining healthy account performance across platforms
- Managing inventory levels and coordinating deliveries
- Handling customer feedback, reviews & queries
- Implementing new sales strategies to drive growth
- Achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Strong command of Amazon Ads with controlled ACOS
- Experience in selling across Amazon USA, Canada, UK, UAE, Singapore, Japan & Germany
- Creating creatives for A+ Content & Brand Store pages
- Running special offers, lightning deals & Best Deals during events
- Managing Safe-T Claims, product returns & transit issues
