The primary responsibility is to work closely with product managers and manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation and planning through development, launch, and continuous iteration.
Collaborate with Product Managers to define and refine product requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Design, Engineering, QA, IT, Finance, and Customer Operations to deliver digital solutions.Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on user feedback, market research, and emerging technology trends.Conduct market research, customer co-design, experimentation, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) insights into structured IT requirements and prioritize enhancements.Prepare product documentation, lead enablement efforts, and support training for internal teams.Partner with Sales, Marketin...
