Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Experience Representative to manage customer communication across email and Instagram DMs and to take full ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
This role requires excellent written English and the ability to quickly understand and adopt Jawda's brand tone — warm, respectful, and thoughtful. You will be expected to communicate clearly, naturally, and empathetically with customers across a range of situations.
