eCommerce Coordinator

We’re excited to share an opportunity for a passionate and commercially minded eCommerce Coordinator to join our Digital Marketing team at our Parnell Head Office.

If you love turning data into action, are curious about how customers shop online, and use AI tools to work smarter, this role offers genuine ownership across key digital channels, and real influence over how we connect with customers across NZ and Australia.

As our eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll own our CRM and email strategy through Klaviyo, support the growth of our paid channels, and help optimise the online customer journey to drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own Klaviyo end-to-end: campaigns, segmentation, automation, flows, and reporting, driving retention and lifetime value across NZ and AU.
• Support Google Ads performance alongside our agency partner, building toward full ownership of paid channels.
